Electric Porcelain & Mfg. Co. made white pin base with a#1-3 recess embossing pressed into a flat circle. The cruder pin bases were later made at Victor Factory, which I have found many marked & unmarked ones. This one has a small crack on the upper hole, but no missing porcelain.
