I really didn't see much high quality glass at the auction this time. So really didn't spend as much as usually I do. I like to help the club's finances a little with insulator acquisitions. With the previous day lake effect snows caused quite a mess in the area. It was so dangerous coming to the show that morning. I bet I saw 10 tractor trailers wrecked and dozens of cars on I-80 in just a 30 mile section in northern Indiana. It was slick and that slush threw a lot of vehicles into the walls along the interstate. If you went faster than 40 you were flirting with the walls. I saw a guy with his new Camaro smashed into the wall too.. Those low profile tires are not good snow tires.
