Here's a beautiful CD 154 Dark Emerald Green glass insulator with round drippoints embossed TRANSMISIONES [front] ASTURIAS [reverse]. An official Spanish military division repaired old power lines in the small region of Asturias that were destroyed during the country's civil war from 1936-39 using these insulators. First insulator that can be attributed to have been made by Gijon Fabril. New discovery! Insulator is in VMM shape! Has a pinky nail wg chip, small bb ping on dome, drippoint size base chip, teeny popped bubble on base of inner skirt and a couple of pinpoint fleabites and small skirt scratches. Embossing on this one is very bold! First email gets this very desirable insulator for only $175 plus shipping. Don't snooze! Thanks! |
