I found this small to medium sized LOCKE multipart at an abandoned factory in the Cincinnati area. There is a metal cap on it embossed DELTA STAR ELECTRIC CO. The pin is cemented in, and also embossed DELTA STAR ELECTRIC CO. There is a LOCKE incuse on the upper shell. Nice brown glaze, and super condition. I also have the three foot brass or copper heavy piece of cable that was clamped to the bottom of the pin, including one more clamp. I'm not a mud guy, so I'm offering this one to whoever gives me the best offer. I will either sell it or trade it for glass. Let me know.
