If you look close enough on the two upper crossarms you will see telegraph circuits deadended on each side atop the pole on the left. These led for the telegrapher's office and also likely maintained proper line voltage (the latter from utility and/or back-up battery power)...all via circuits that led in-and-out of this railroad station... with a cool 1955 Chevy two-door sedan parked along side it ;-)
