A mixture of utility lines are seen here along with a gooseneck-style incandescent street light in the foreground on the right. The bracket it was mounted on was a bit longer than standard ones (typically four feet long) so that the center roadway leading to this New York village could be adequately illuminated at night. Also note the gent taking a break atop the tall ladder on the far left;-)
