Here is a CD 145 [140] (F-Skirt) I/H.G.CO. (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT SB in what I believe to be sky blue, shown here next to an aqua GNW for comparison. The H.G.CO. is vnm, with only a peck to the front crown, minor wire groove rubs, and slight evidence of burial on the front skirt. The dome has a somewhat flat top (flatter than it looks in the pictures, but nothing like the "K" molds), and there is a piece of brown junk seen to the left of the I in front and two more pebbles in the rear skirt, one right near the P and the other above the CO near the wire groove.
