CD 151 [070] (F-Skirt) H.G.CO. (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT SB. A few olive wisps in the dome on the right side. What's interesting is a second fold of glass sagged on the inner petticoat creating a glass smile centered on the embossing. There is also a trail of 4 bubbles through the threads starting at the top and then at the very bottom below the period after HG. All this character lines up front and center.
