RUSSIAN Insulator TEAL I am told that this is a threaded RUSSIAN INSULATOR and the color looks to be TEAL. This was in a collection that I recently acquired and I do not know a thing about them other that it has a standard wire groove and one on top as well. A few scattered flea bites to report.
