One of the only F.M.LOCKE & Co Fred Locke insulators I know of. The insulator is a CD 187.1 EIN010. Also embossed Victor N.Y. / PAT'D MAY 22 1994 on front skirt. Color is light aqua and with the exception of a little dimpling one domes rear side on top it is mint.
