I resurrected this old soldier from a bunch of parts a few years ago and after a lot of hard work I put it back together as best as I could somewhat closely matching the original. The fixture is 1910's and is among numerous functional vintage street lights I have spread out among the campus here. These old filament bulbs surely illuminated the ambient snow around them with that old-time white glow that some of us can fondly and pricelessly recall. Principally when incancandescent radial wave street lights complemented the nice views of the glass and porcelain insulators (and other utility stuff) above them ;-)
