The bottom half is a solid green while the top piece has same color of skirt but above WG it is loaded with amber which makes the dome look a very nice shade of yellow green. The top isn't the prettiest due to all the three opened bubbles at the base but other then that it is mint. The bottom 190 has small chip high skirt and WG. Shown in pic. It is embossed 6 / AT&T Co. The insulator could use a good scrub which will be an improvement.
