CD 292 [015] "PATENTED JUNE 17, 1890" This is a triple petticoat cable top power piece that measures only 4 1/2 inches in diameter and under 4 inches in height so can be accommodated in most displays with ease. All 4 vent drips are present on the middle skirt. There is a little bit of milk between the ears that can be seen on the lower right hand side of the cable top. One baby pinkie nail flake on the backside base that does not even go across is the only minor damage of note. Latest price guide lists it at a range of $30 - $40.
