Here is a wood (lignum vitae) cable insulator from the San Francisco trolley system. This one has an an inner skirt. It remains in it's "as-used" condition - no stain, polish, oil, or anything. Just as it looked when rescued from its pin. It has those two dents on the wire grooves and the split on the base/skirt as shown in the photo. The other side is clean. A small crack going side to side across the saddle. Asking $200 and that includes USPS priority mail to anywhere in the US. I have additional photos - ask to see them.
