CD 162 H.G. Co. Petticoat. Beautiful Dark Peacock Blue. Picture does not show the true beauty of this insulator. Very nice color! Has some damage but is priced accordingly: A thumb nail sized chip on back skirt removing the two "t's" in Petticoat as well as one drip. Another smaller chip on front affecting the bottom of "T" in Patent and part of the "M" in May as well as four drips. 3 or 4 other chipped drips and a tiny chip on the inner skirt.
