You are buying only the insulator on the right. I included the Hemingray blue CD 162 in the photo for a color comparison.

This insulator is near mint with exception of a rough drip and nibbled inner skirt. The insulator has a couple of neat grooves where the tie-wire was wrapped and rubbed it over time. I consider it a Cornflower Blue. The ebossing is
