One of the last modern glass pintype insulators ever produced was this CD 155 made by KERR. This one has a date code of 1973. I believe these were made up to as late as 1978. I don't see these as often as I do the Armstrongs or Whitall Tatums or Hemingray's, so I would guess they are less common than those. It's a great looking piece of glass, despite being a clear piece. I think they are underrated myself. Not a thing wrong with it that I can tell. How about $3 + shipping? Look at my other stuff to combine to save money. PayPal using NO FEE preferred, postal money order/check OK too. Thanks! |
