CD 187 PAT'D / (blotted out embossing) in a nice Greenish color. Minor pin hole roughness. These were used under the cross arms of telephone poles on extra long pins to add extra lines. The only place I have seen these in use was Black River Falls, WI pre 1980's... $30. postage paid in U.S.A.
