Plenty of communications open wire here! Maybe some line upgrading was going on when this photo was taken? Or perhaps competitors' routes ran along the RR tracks? You can count this as a *quadruple* bunch of total pole lines if you include the single arm line that crosses the railroad tracks (see pole on the extreme left). ;-)
