Trenton Porcelain made both dry and wet process pieces. The left one is a dry piece and the right, with the flat bottom inner skirts is the wet example. My New Lexington collection has just about been cut in half! It never did make sense why NL would have gone from rounded skirts with red speckled glaze to flat bottom skirts with Imperial-like metallic glaze and then back to rounded skirts with darker brown glazes in just a couple of years.
