This is another pole of the same line. The lower crossarm on the pole originally had four insulators, however, the insulator pin of the one on the left rotted, and the insulator fell off the crossarm, and was hanging from the wire. Also, there is a sign on the left side of the lower crossarm that says "4000 volts."
