On South Woods Rd.,Woodbury, L.I.,NY. Riser was put in for aerial cable to Plainview sub in 1961 when the Long Island Expwy. was built. Now replaced by a substation which got expanded in 2000 with the aerial cable replaced by a heavier underground cable at the same time. 1965 photo.
