Boldly embossed in a nice Light Blue color with H.B.R. over a blotout of some sort. Two shallow 1/4" and one shallow 1" slice off the base, the largest one directly opposite the embossing and so displays mint from the front. Slightly tilted inner skirt and rust in rear wire groove (showing service) add character to the piece. $14 + actual shipping which will vary depending on your location in the US or Canada at the whims of Canada Post's "shipping dartboard" but I would estimate $15-18.
