This picture shows Mike Fowler and Deb Reed-Fowler's table. In addition to collecting insulators, they bottle and sell their own maple syrup. Please note the 3-cell battery jar! Mike said he had just picked it up at an antique store. It has no name or other emossing on it.

That Delco battery jar in the background took me back almost 60 years, to when I was in the second grade in 1954. We lived in the country at that time, and I played with the kids in a nearby farmhouse. They had a Delco 32 Volt light system in their basement, complete with generator, battery rack and jars. It was long past its operating life, but we kids used to crank on it just for fun.
