Offered here is a very seldom seen insulator, a CD 143 [020] Great Northwestern Telegraph Co in Light Green. Condition is VNM, with only a light shallow nibbling on the outer edge of the base under "Western." This is mentioned for accuracy, and does not detract from this rare piece. There are milky wisps in the dome for added character.
