Yes, this is a U-695 in cobalt! Lo and behold my surprise when I measured this piece at 7 x 4 1/2"! According to Elton's book, U-694 is known in cobalt, but not the larger U-695. This old-timer is in excellent condition and has a beautifully mottled glaze in spots and has no noticeable damage.
