Here is a CD 251 N.E.G.M.CO. with patent date on back in aqua. It has a mold line around the bottom of the skirt, but also has the mold line over base. The glass has lots of little to medium bubbles, some little floaties, a piece of fire brick as seen behind the middle ring, and some light amber wisps. It has a lot going on, and it is very near mint with no damage that I can see. This one is out of my personal collection. I am asking $40.00 plus actual shipping.
