This exemplary piece was brought for show-n-tell and was apparently made by Brookfield. This insulator was in VNM condition (NOT for sale) and is the inner skirt version of the more commonly seen CD 116. Very faintly on its crown is a portion of PAT / JAN. 25th 1870 lettering most likely attributing this insulator to Brookfield on account of its molding characteristics and color. NICE!
