Looking down the tracks, the other direction. These tracks are apparently slightly active, as the rails are still shiny on top. Only saw one other hiker all day, heard some target shooters at a range a couple miles away. If anyone has a use for about a thousand old rusty railroad spikes, they are littered all over the rail bed and in the ditches.
