Right - Nice odd looking base. Reminds me of three things. One would be sunglasses lens. The two other not child friendly. Anyway, its a mini with backwards 12 at top both numbers have twin flea bites that effects both tops of those numbers. Has lots of seed bubble scattered around. Also a damaged inner skirt.
