This guy is a Western Union WU with a big script 5 on the Front Skirt and the PATENT / DEC 19 1871 date on the Rear Skirt, which is the side shown in the photo. There is a nice amber splotch darn near at the surface of the glass right at the 1871 embossing. There are also two extra blobs of glass attached to the D and the E in DEC. The whole skirt has a drippy ice cream cone appearance below the bottom wire groove ridge from a cold mold pour. There are a couple micro nibbles around the base mold line, one flea bite to the rear skirt, one fleabite to the upper wire ridge and a completely internal fin shaped fissure in the bottom half of the pin hole that does not extend to either the inner or outer surface. Asking $15 which includes shipping to the lower 48 United States. PayPal is preferred, but not required. Thanks for looking! |
