24 and more. Busy pole near the downtown. Has the most suspensions on it of any single pole I know of - 24. Also on this pole is a porcelain covered cut-out as well as two secondary service drops with cleat type insulators, not spools. But what is most interesting, is that for a number of years, this pole has been broken. You can see a slight slant to the top of the pole from just above the third crossarm from the top. Inset shows a splinter of wood sticking straight up at this juncture. I guess nobody wants to do this job. |
