A nice looking 10-pin telephone openwire lead (pole) is seen on the left along with "saw-horse" crossarm construction in the background. The latter was somewhat commonplace in the earlier years of overhead electric and communications wiring for crossing roadways, connecting wires from building-to-building, etc. Important:Every single image that has been added here within the last three weeks within the "Vintage Photos" album here on ICON has been the courtesy of Kathleen (Jill) McLaughlin. Her profile can be seen here [id=345606935] There are at least a few hundred vintage photos Jill and I plan to add to this album. All of this will take some time since we are working on other insulator-research-projects right now. So stay tuned!
