The upper photo is c.1940 and the lower one c.1920. Within the upper picture electric utility lines are along the left with a 10-pin phone openwire subscriber line on the right (very typical NET&T Co construction for many years, their crossarms were creosoted pine FYI for many, many years).

Both show some neat utility pole lines that once adorned this small community's town center. They seem to have been taken from approximately the same vantage point (?).
