Everything looks to be very simular to the U-954A shown in the Tood Guide until I look at measurements in book and compare to actual two part insulator. Book reads 5 3/4" x 5 7/8". My piece measures 5 3/8" x 5 3/4". It is the hieght I would not think would be 3/8" off. Is the book wrong? Todds guide also doesn't show the two ends of the top groove being cut away on the sides as this one is. This insulator also has no markings at all. I will be adding some more pics once my cameras batteries recharge. Hoping the colors will help identify the maker. I would guess it is a unmarked Locke. Of course me being a glass man mostly I stand a good chance being wrong about the maker due to inexperience. Any and all help will be appreciated included possible value. Thanks.
