POP!

A huge bubble must have formed when air got pushed by the thread plunger. The little 'outy' must be where the air escaped while the glass was still soft, causing the big bubble to pop, and the edge to kind of melt back in.

Weird.

By the way, its is a common B in ah-kwa.
