With the current Brookfield thread on ICON, it got me looking at some of the pieces in the collection. Here are two hats that are representative of some of the colors discussed. The dark one is a true 4 tone insulator with the top being true red amber and definite aqua, green, olive and amber patches below. The light one is of that transition period that has been the topic of ICON of late. The dark one was pulled out of service by Brent when we were young and the light one was found at David Bethman's amazing bottle vault at the I-5 Antique mall north of Bellingham, Washington. I would love to see other folks posting photos of their neat colored common style Brookfield pieces.
