This is another of my collecting specialties...glass candy containers. This one is owned by Russ Frank. A high percentage were made in Pennsylvania. The glass containers held pellets of candy and the container could later be used as a toy. Where was the Consumer Product Safety Commission? How did I survive my childhood?
