This is your typical crude American beehive, base embossed with the two patent dates. The pinhole is so misshapen, it is hard to imagine this thing ever fit on a pin. It is a very crisp pale aqua typical of the American beehive.

The piece is an "I" mold, but the "I" is chipped off in a rough patch on the top of the dome. There is also a pencil eraser sized flake with two associated rough spots about 1/2" above the WG near one of the mold lines.
