I picked these up from a Pike Electric (I didn't even know they had work in PA) crew working in Lancaster. The two gray insulators are OBs and the red one is an R=00 Victor, all of which are from the 1920s. The crossarm is original as well. The cutout is a 7.2kv, 200amp McGraw Edison from 1981 and the lightning arrestor is an old Joslyn.
