The only EIN listed with (F-Skirt) DOMINION-9 (R-Skirt) Dots/Diamond is [060] with SDPs, but this guy does NOT have SDPs, they are RDPs. Additionally this piece is dead clear. It is sitting on an inverted PYREX mixing bowl for reference.

Seems like an oddball (unlisted) and it takes one to know one. I love how the three dots run parallel to the top left edge of the diamond. There is one flea bite on the front dome for the only damage.
