Seller says the insulator is 4 1/2 inches wide at the base and 5 inches tall. The only embossing is "NO. 10". May have three skirts. See how candle sits in the pinhole? Any ideas?

Ans: This is a No Name CD 287. Seller misread the embossing which is "No. 15", not "No. 10".
