This rare insulator from Russia is not listed on the NIA website and I've only seen two of these- the other in much worse condition. Surface mineral lines cover the insulator as if it was buried for many years. Displays excellent although there is a base bruise/chip [id=371153646], light upper rim nibbles, 1/2 pinky nail flake and a nice skirt potstone. Measures 3 1/8" base width x 2 3/4" tall.
