Found this one last weekend and thought the tie wire was just to interesting to pass up, even though the insulator itself is pretty ho-hum.

I only see tie wires from time to time and they are usually big and heavy, this one seemed different to me so it came home. Anyone see one like it before? I have posted a close up in the tie wire folder here. [id=369960639]
