Hello I would like some help with the id of the porcelain piece is only the second one in my collection it is a multipart as can be seen the top portions glaze is a lighter colour than the base which is a deep burgundy brown this piece was installed in 1914 along the first rural line in Saskatchewan, canada so I have been told. The piece is stamped under the rim of the top piece with a cp. Any help with value and maker would be greatly appreciated.
