Hello ICON.I found this lost photo taken in April 2008.That is my mentor Bob Scafe at the ladder. This pole had rotted at the base and went over. The ladder was too short here. We went ahead and cut the wires and the pole dropped to ground level. We did pick it clean. By the way, we did qualify the line as dead.
