These were in a group I just picked up. I need some help with their identification, whether they are common/rare, and ballpark value. The left one says L'ELECTRO VERRE on the front skirt and HT-18 on the rear skirt. The right one says FOLEMBRAY on the front skirt and NO 223 on the backside. Any help is appreciated. Thanks !!
