Color - Aqua, Maybe Greeny Aqua? Condition - Looks pretty well mint but lets say VVNM to be safe. Base has a steam filled bubble and what maybe a factory blemish next to it.

What it has in the way of characteristics is a severe overpour around the whole base making the insulator sit about a 1/4" higher. Also the overpour is higher on one side than the other, giving it a tilt or lean to one side. Few bubbles as well, nice conversation piece. More pics upon request.
