This is arguably one of the most character filled Am. Ins. Co. beehives in existence, and for the first time since it has been in my possession, I am placing it for sale.

This is a CD 145 American Insulator Co. [040] in a very unique tri-tone Aqua, Green, and Yellow Amber. It's quite bubbly, and it even has a thick mucus-like milk line running around the dome. The base has an aqua color running up to green in the dome, and then the pinhole has a wonderful cascade of yellow amber running down it. Damage to report is a two inch long shallow base flake that doesn't affect the embossing, two micro dome pecks, and two small wire groove pecks, possible from wire rub.

This is a very hard piece to photograph, but I did my best. [id=331948668] for a different pic of the piece. Use the View Original option to see it closer. I am willing to send this out for inspection to serious interested buyers.

Asking $850, which includes shipping, tracking, and insurance. VERY motivated to sell. Email for more details or questions.
