They do not get much prettier then this... The colour of the base and top with sandy drippy highlights is just yummy! This insulator has no cracks or repairs to the porcelain on ether the top skirt, glaze-weld collar or base skirt! The base skirt is dead mint and the top has nothing more then a few nicks around the rim which is normal for these as most got rim chips in the manufacturing process or in shipping to the line where they were used. There are a few small chips around the top rim some of which were factory made before the top was fired in the kiln. Both the top and base have gorgeous light sandy tan colour The only issue with this insulator is that the sulphur cement joint was repaired by removing the original sulphur remelting it and poring it back in to the joint. This is interestingly the ONLY gutter known with no date stamp or other marking on the opposite side of the top from the main four date marking (marking 4-5) making it a bit of a one of a kind insulator.
